It’s App-eration (like “operation”) BOOST YOUR TANK. Your shot at a $500 gas gift card, for listening through the free BOOST app. The more you listen, the better your chances!
1. Every morning, afternoon, and evening, we’ll give you an App-eration. Once you’ve shown us you’ve completed it, we’ll give you a keyword. Texting that to us is how you’ll be entered to win!
2. Some App-erations will be time sensitive. (Gotta get em done by a certain time.)
3. You pick and choose which ones you want to do. If you miss one…no worries! We’ll probably work it back in at a later time! (And if you really like certain ones, you’ll get more chances do them.)
4. We’ll post App-erations daily from Monday 9/23 through Friday 10/11.
5. Our grand prize winner will be selected randomly from all entries on Monday 10/14 and announced on-air at 5:45 PM CDT/3:45 PM PDT.

– You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Persons younger than 18 but at least 13 years of age may be entered into the contest by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
– Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected the contest commissioners from eligible contest entrants (sometimes referred to as “Contestants”)/ If an eligible winner cannot be located, that prize will not be awarded.
– Gateway Creative Broadcasting reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
– Gateway Creative Broadcasting reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of Gateway Creative Broadcasting.
– Employees of Gateway Creative Broadcasting, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
– Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
– Entrants further grant to Gateway Creative Broadcasting the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
– Gateway Creative Broadcasting reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
– Gateway Creative Broadcasting has or will copyright all Contest materials, Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.
– Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
– Gateway Creative Broadcasting is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
– All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
– Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Gateway Creative Broadcasting. reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
– This contest is not intended to be a game or change or any form of gambling. Any contestant who is determined by the contest commissioners to be using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
